Implementation of a management dashboard

Development of a performance management framework and implementation of a management dashboard to track performance drivers and operational measures for the business of a well-known household brand.

The program goal was to harmonize financial sales planning processes and to implement an integrated planning tool based on SAP BPC within 28 countries in the EMEA Region. This initiative has been successfully rolled-out on time, on budget and we are extremely pleased with the overall project results driving benefits for the central organization as well as the country controller requirements from improved process cycle time, data consistency and flexibility of the tool.
