Together with KPS, the company launched the “My Globus” loyalty program implementing the SAP CRM solution and SAP Marketing Cloud. Customers can become members in a quick and easy manner, including using their social logins. With the help of the SAP Customer Data Cloud, seamless customer identification takes place at all touchpoints and simple, understandable calculation and redemption of loyalty points is done in real time. All customer data flows together in SAP CRM and is accessible from surrounding systems – all this in compliance with the European GDPR.
