Executive Board & Supervisory Board

Leonardo Musso

Leonardo Musso is the sole executive board member of KPS AG. After completing his economics degree at the universities of Florence, Constance and Barcelona, Leonardo began his career at BMW AG. There, he worked in international product marketing, before moving to IBM Consulting where he shared responsibility for several international projects. Musso was one of the four founders of KPS in 2000, and since that time he manages operations for KPS’s subsidiaries and acts as the chief representative of the holding company. He was appointed a member of the board in 2015.

Michael Tsifidaris

Michael Tsifidaris is one of KPS’s four founders. After graduating with a degree in business management, he began his career at IBM Consulting, where he led international projects in the areas of supply chain, ERP and outsourcing. After several positions with national and international responsibility, Tsifidaris was appointed to IBM’s Central European Management Team. In 1994, he published a book entitled “Management der Innovation: Pragmatische Konzepte zur Zukunftssicherung des Unternehmens“ (“Managing Innovation: pragmatic solutions to secure your company’s future”). In 2002, Michael Tsifidaris became Managing Partner at KPS Consulting with responsibility for the company’s strategic development, and is the Head of the Strategy & Transformation Consulting division. In 2008, he took on an additional role as Chairman of the Supervisory Board.

Josef Richter

Josef Richter has more than 25 years of experience in the areas of fashion, consumer products and automotive suppliers. After graduating with a degree in business management, he started his career at Webasto, where as CIO he took over the management of the spin-off company IT Informationssysteme GmbH. He went on to manage one of the earliest and largest transformation initiatives in the fashion industry to use SAP AFS and SAP Retail. After joining KPS as Managing Partner in 2009. Josef Richter is also responsible for KPS’ expansion into Scandinavia. He has been a member of the Supervisory Board since 2024.

Hans-Werner Hartmann

Hans-Werner Hartmann has 35 years of management experience in SMEs and international corporations. He began his career with leadership roles in finance and accounting, moving on to senior management positions in various manufacturing companies. In 2004, he was appointed to the Supervisory Board of Haitec AG; after the reverse takeover by KPS, he took a seat on the Supervisory Board of KPS AG. He studied law and business management at the universities of Augsburg and Fulda, forming the foundation for Hartmann’s successful career. His work as a legal and business consultant has mainly focused on the areas of logistics, asset management, human resources, mergers and acquisitions and wide-ranging solutions for cost-saving and earnings growth. Today, Hans-Werner Hartmann provides M&A consulting for multinationals.

Corporate Leadership

Nathalie Jauslin-Bocklandt

Nathalie Jauslin-Bocklandt has been serving as Group Director People at KPS since May 2023, overseeing all HR-related matters. She brings over 15 years of experience in consulting and the media industry and holds a degree in Communication Sciences from Antwerp. Prior to joining KPS AG, Nathalie held various HR leadership roles at ProSieben Sat.1, McKinsey, and AlixPartners. She has successfully led initiatives in employee recruitment, retention, and development. Driven by a passion for crafting innovative people strategies, she ensures they align with both organisational goals and employee needs, thereby supporting KPS’s mission to be an employer of choice.

Jonas Iwan

Jonas Iwan is Group Director IT at KPS and has over 15 years of experience in business IT alignment, information security and IT architecture.

He is responsible for KPS’s company-wide IT strategy, including sourcing, procurement and risk management.

With a strong background in post-merger integrations and information security strategies, he has extensive expertise and drives the implementation of efficient and future-proof IT solutions at KPS.
